What Opract provides
Opract builds and manages professional websites for businesses on a monthly subscription. Scope, timelines, price, and deliverables for any engagement are set out in a separate service agreement.
Using the website
You may browse and share the website freely. You may not interfere with or damage the website, scrape content to republish, or use the site for anything unlawful.
Booking a discovery call
Booking is free and creates no obligation. A service agreement is only formed when both sides sign one.
Pricing
Pricing is discussed during the discovery call. Once a service agreement is signed at a specific price, that price is honoured for the stated term.
Intellectual property
All content, design, code, and branding on the Opract website is owned by Opract. Client websites are built using Opract's proprietary templates and tools — ownership terms are defined in the service agreement.
Cancellation
Engagements are billed monthly. You may cancel at the end of any billing cycle. No long-term contracts. If you cancel, the website goes offline at the end of the billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
Warranties and liability
The website is provided "as is". Liability for paid engagements is defined in the service agreement. See our Disclaimer for full details.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Opract is registered.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
