Who we are
Opract builds and manages professional websites for businesses on a monthly subscription. The website is opract.com.
What we collect
When you visit the website: basic technical information — your IP address, browser, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed — collected through privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
When you book a discovery call: your name, email, business name, and anything you tell us. This is used only to prepare for and follow up on the call.
When you become a client: business details required to deliver the service and to invoice you. Client data is covered by our separate service agreement.
Why we collect it

How we protect it
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) across all Opract properties. Access to client data is restricted to team members who need it to deliver the service. We do not store payment card details — all payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
Third-party services
We use a small set of third parties (hosting, analytics, email). Each has its own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone for marketing purposes.
Data retention
We keep inquiry data for up to 12 months after last contact. Client data is retained for the duration of the service agreement and up to 24 months after termination, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may ask what data we hold, request correction or deletion, object to processing, or request a portable copy. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top will change.
